Description

A marketing agency located in Vencie is looking for a Jr. Administrative Assistant to cover a maternity leave from 6/25/24-1/10/24. You will be responsible for data entry into Excel, tracking customer orders and shipments, generating packing slips, filing, and providing clerical support to the operations department. This is an on-site part-time position. You will work about 15 hours per week and the weekly schedule is 10am-3pm Tuesday-Thursday. Robert Half is looking for a detail-oriented candidate with strong data entry skills. Pay is up to $24/hr.

Requirements

• Proficiency in data entry tasks with a strong attention to detail

• Ability to communicate effectively

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

• Strong problem-solving skills
