Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range

$91,800.00 - $151,500.00

What Is the Opportunity?

As a Sr Learning Facilitator, you will deliver live, virtual, and/or hybrid learning experiences while fostering a secure and collaborative environment in which learners can practice new skills, ask questions, and share experiences. You are an excellent leader with the ability to create effective learning experiences, as well as provide coaching and performance consultation to less experienced facilitators and learners. This position may manage learning and training professionals.

What Will You Do?

  • Deliver live, virtual, and hybrid learning experiences to meet the technical and skill requirements of employees and business partners.

  • Create an environment in which learners feel secure, respected, and cared for and feel comfortable to learn, ask questions, and share experiences.

  • Provide coaching and performance consultation to less experienced facilitators and learners.

  • Consult with front line managers and others as appropriate on the development of their staff.

  • Identify and drive the use of common learning solutions across multiple lines of business.

  • Review and analyze learning performance data to measure learner success as well as the effectiveness of the learning solutions.

  • Challenge the status quo and stay abreast of industry and training best practices. Identify opportunities and make recommendations for improvements.

  • Develop curriculum for facilitators to ensure their technical knowledge is current.

  • May lead projects to implement recommended enhancements.

  • May partner with leadership to complete other functions (scheduling and resourcing, etc.) based on Line of Business’ role across multiple lines.

  • Act as a mentor and/or coach to team members.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.

  • Seven or more years of technical experience in Risk Control.

  • Professional training credentials and prior experience in corporate learning environment.

  • Knowledge of multiple learning technologies, including video conferencing, virtual platforms, use of cameras for streaming, etc.

  • Thorough knowledge of the application of adult learning and design best practices to develop and deliver engaging and effective learning resources.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to self-review and meet rigorous quality standards. Demonstrated focus on continuous self-learning and exploration of new trends, strategies, and practices in the learning and development field and sharing across the organization.

What is a Must Have?

  • Four years of experience in a learning and development, training, or business-related field.
