We are looking to expand our team of developers and programmers to help with the many software and web projects happening within the Utah Legislature. The work our dev team does is foundational to enabling our legislative work to move forward effectively and successfully. 

We re looking for a Junior QA Engineer who has a basic knowledge of testing management software,programming languages,and QA methodologies. They will work with development teams,project managers and other multi-functional teams to ensure quality releases that define and suggest solutions for applications used by the Legislature. This is an entry level position with the Legislative Services IT office and works under close supervision and mentorship of the IT Portfolio Manager. This is a non-partisan position,and the incumbent must be able to work extended hours and on weekends as needed,especially while the Legislature is in session.
