Magnolia Bluffs Casino LLC SBH371 - SR/LEAD SECURITY OFFICER in Natchez, Mississippi

Magnolia Bluffs Casino, purchased by Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC in October of 2022, is the newest property to the three casino brand. Situated in the heart of Natchez, MS, is the site where Learner's Mill opened up in 1828 and operated as a saw mill until 1962.We offer the local community and tourists daily entertainment with numerous slot machines, poker, black jack and roulette tables, delicious dining options and weekend entertainment. In addition to our boasting casino, we operate a beautiful hotel with the areas only salt water pool. 

 

Essential Functions:

  • Continual active patrol of assigned area; ensures all company property is patrolled to provide for overall asset protection and optimum guest and team member assistance and safety.
  • Writes detailed reports regarding incidents of theft, injury, property damage or other matters affecting Saratoga Black Hawk guests. 
  • Completes pit fills/credits.
  • Completes table drop.
  • Assists in slot drops, coin and currency.
  • Stands guard over the premises to prevent theft, violence or infractions of the rules, to direct guests or team members and to answer questions.
  • Patrols assigned areas to watch for suspicious persons and activities
  • Reports irregular activities or apprehends or expels violators according to policy.
  • Assists in enforcing all city, county and state and federal laws and/or ordinances where applicable.
  • Ensures effective and professional interface with all public services officials and any representative from other casinos.
  • Assists guest and team members in the completion of incident/accident report.
  • Ensures all support duties and responsibilities to all department are carries out in an efficient and timely manner and that immediate action is taken on any situation which might be illegal, life-threatening, or otherwise extraordinary.
  • Learns Company Emergency Evacuation Procedures efficiently handle fires, evacuations, robbery attempts, bombthreats, etc. in a professional and calm manner that will not panic guest or team members.
  • Identify all possible safety hazards and remove those hazards in an expedient manner.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Work under pressure situations
  • Possess sound, mature judgment
  • Possess organizational/planning skills
  • Mississippi Gaming Support License required
