Job Description

 

The Executive Secretary provides confidential administrative support services to the CEO and other executive staff. This position acts as a centralized route for information, ensures efficient operation and budget management of the Administrative Offices. The Executive Secretary is responsible for coordinating projects that may involve working with all levels of internal management, preparation of internal and external communication on behalf of the executive team, preparation of reports and presentations and responsible for managing the executives' calendar and schedule.

The Contract Representative assists in the preparation, review, and execution of service contracts. Responsible for accurate preparation of ARIBA documents and securing necessary approvals to ensure policies and procedures are followed.

Education: Post-secondary education or vocational training in related field is preferred.

Experience: Three to five years of progressive administrative assistant experience within a healthcare setting is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point software programs, verbal and written communication, customer service, and schedule coordination.
