The Position

The Job holder ensures the correct and in-time processing of requests for and queries about master data maintenance within service level to deliver a high-quality support for the international key user community. In this function, he trains user, answers to questions and analyses issues. Existing blocks are resolved by using admin authorization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Delivers independently support for the key user community

• Supports the system change process by submissal of proposals for improvement as well as creation of communication about system changes (release notes) and provision of training and documentation.

• Supports deployment projects

• Checks data and systems on correctness

• Initiates and conducts data correction activities independently

• Coordinates follow-up and correction in case of system errors

Requirements:

• Expert knowledge about processes and data structures of relevant master data objects gained during min. 3 years work

• Strong IT affinity, sound knowledge of relevant systems (SAP, MDG, Microsoft Office, esp. Excel)

• Good communication skills and team worker

• Willingness to work service oriented in an international environment

• Very structured and precise working with high quality expectation, also under time pressure
